How to Register, Buy, and Get Started with Helmroot Quickly cover

New users should never feel confused. This guide explains how a customer registers, completes checkout, receives access, and starts using Helmroot in a clean, professional flow.

Step 1: Register (simple + trust building)

  • Open the website and click Register
  • Enter name, email, company/school name, and basic contact details
  • Confirm email (optional) and proceed to select modules

Tip: Keep registration light. Ask for KYC and extra details only during checkout if needed.

Step 2: Choose modules (start small)

  • Pick 2-3 modules for a pilot (example: Remote Access + Portals + Approvals)
  • Select seats (how many staff/admin users will use the system)
  • Apply promo code if available

Step 3: Checkout and receive access

  • Complete payment (or simulate payment in demo mode)
  • System generates Invoice + Receipt automatically
  • User receives secure installer download link (expiry recommended)
  • User receives an enrollment token to enroll the first device

Step 4: Install and enroll device

  • Download installer from the secure link
  • Install on the target PC (office PC / lab server / support machine)
  • Enter enrollment token to register the device into inventory
  • Assign device tags (lab / client / location) for easy management

Step 5: Start the pilot (first 60 minutes)

  • Enable view-only default for safety
  • Enable Ask-Manager approvals for sensitive devices
  • Create one client portal or one class portal
  • Raise one support ticket and resolve it using a remote session
Best result comes from a small pilot: prove value, then expand policies and seats.

Where does the enrollment token come from?

From the checkout confirmation page and receipt/invoice.

Can we restrict installer link sharing?

Yes. Use expiry and optionally single-use links for safety.

What is a good pilot setup?

Remote Access + Portals + Approvals + basic logs.
